Eric, a native of the tri-state area, graduated from Syracuse University in 2010 with a degree in Economics. He started his career in venture capital identifying investment opportunities in energy, renewables, and technology. Four years later, Eric exited his role as an investment analyst to pursue a career in sales after having a poor experience trying to find a rental for himself. Now Eric is a seasoned real estate agent committed to helping people rent, buy, or sell in Manhattan. His phone is always within arms reach, enabling him to study the market, search for deals, and reach out to prospective clients. He’s a workhorse who on any given day will have TK sets of keys on him—one for every showing on his always-packed calendar.
Timing is critical in the New York real estate market, and whenever your time is right, Eric will always be ready to work for you. Even during the pandemic he placed almost 40 renters in their homes, which is a testament to his work ethic. The best advice he ever got was “your ego is not your amigo”—an adage he lives by which makes him the perfect agent to work with. Eric loves the beaches in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and appreciates the peace and quiet, but thinks of NYC is the center of the world. He loves the fast-paced lifestyle and that there's always something to do. His favorite area of the city? “Gramercy,” he says. “It’s the perfect mix of busy city and residential neighborhood.”
